GPS and Location Data

The App uses GPS to track your mowing path. Location tracking only occurs when you explicitly start a mowing session. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to track mowing on any property you add to the App.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MowDaddy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. GPS accuracy may vary based on device and environmental conditions.

Limitation of Liability

MowDaddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.
