MowDaddy + Muse: Ask Muse About Your Lawn
Your lawn data lives in MowDaddy. Your questions happen everywhere else. Now they meet: MowDaddy connects to Muse, Meta's AI assistant, so you can ask about your lawn the same way you'd ask anything else — in plain language, wherever you already talk to Muse.
No dashboards to dig through. No "wait, when did I last mow the lake place?" Just ask.
What You Can Ask
Once you're connected, Muse can look up your MowDaddy data for you:
- "When did I last mow the front yard?"
- "Which of my lawns is overdue for a mow?"
- "How tall is the grass at the lake right now?"
- "How many times did I mow in September?"
- "What does MowDaddy predict for next week?"
- "How big is my lawn, and what grass type is it?"
Muse answers from your actual MowDaddy records — your lawns, your mow history, and the same grass-height predictions the app shows you.
Connect in About a Minute
The fastest start: paste this into Muse —
"Connect my MowDaddy account — the developer docs are at getmowdaddy.com/developers."
Muse will walk you through it. Prefer to do it by hand?
- Create a token in MowDaddy. Open the app, go to Profile & Settings → Integrations, and tap Create API Token. It starts with
md_live_. - Add the connector in Muse. Add MowDaddy as a custom connector and paste your token when asked.
- Ask away. Try "When did I last mow?" and you're off.
Full details live on our developers page.
Read-Only, On Purpose
The connection is read-only. Muse can see your profile, your lawns, and your mow history and predictions — it cannot change anything in your account. No logging mows you didn't make, no edited settings, no surprises.
Your token is yours: you create it, you can revoke it anytime under Integrations, and without it there's no connection. Treat it like a password, because that's what it is.
Why We Built This
MowDaddy's job is guidance — telling you what your lawn needs next, not just storing what you did. Plenty of those questions come up away from the app: on the couch, in the truck, mid-conversation about weekend plans. Connecting to Muse means your lawn's answers are there too, grounded in your real data instead of generic advice.
This is phase one. Today Muse reads; we're exploring what comes next, carefully, with the same rule: your data, your call.
